Fight the novice in the arena.
1 of 2: Talk to Steiner next to the fighting arena on the east side of the orc compound to get this mission. (Never mind why he's repeating Kan's speech from the main game word-for-word.)
2 of 2: Enter the arena and knock Harman out to get Strength +2 and 2500 XP. (Don't neglect to loot him before he wakes up.)
