Owned Items Tips
1 of 4: In a few areas (usually indoors), there are some items that count as owned items, and you'll be attacked for stealing if someone sees you take them. You can knock out the guys who attack you, but they'll refuse to talk to you, trade with you, etc. from then on.
2 of 4: Due to this, you should quicksave often when looting a town, since you'll want to quickrestore when you pick up something that gets you accused of stealing.
3 of 4: If you really want to get the owned items without being caught, the easiest way is usually to attack and knock out everyone around, then quickly grab the items before they wake up. Hopefully, there won't be more than one or two people around, and none of them will be guards.
4 of 4: NOTE: I've only seen this happen in a few places in Silden. The rest of the towns don't seem to have any owned items in them.
