Gothic 3: Forsaken Gods Hints
Thief wants information about merchant in the city.
1 of 6: To get this mission, talk to the thief who has a small camp next to the road south of Faring, near the big stone bridge.
2 of 6: In order to gain the info he wants, you'll need to find and talk to special named merchants in various towns.
3 of 6: After you do, return to the thief and tell him about the merchant to get 500 gold.
4 of 6: Even if you haven't met any qualified merchants, you'll be able to tell him about Hamlar in Geldern and some nameless merchant who's "at some distance away."
5 of 6: After you talk to Dylan, who's somewhere on the west side of Geldern, you can get paid for info on him, too.
6 of 6: Others include Hubertus in Vengard's castle courtyard, and Khadim in the guarded room in Faring's castle courtyard.
