How do I get to the top of the DOD building?
1 of 9: Take the tie rope that you used to get into Don Copal's office, and you should see the ladder that leads to the top of the building.
2 of 9: The only problem is, the ledge underneath the ladder is broken, so you're not going to be able to get to the ladder that way.
3 of 9: An improvised tool might let you reach the ladder.
4 of 9: You could try throwing the ties (there's a loose end to the tie rope) at the ladder, but there wouldn't be anything to grab onto the ladder if you did that.
5 of 9: Look around, and you should be able to improvise a hook.
6 of 9: You can now take the ledge to get into Domino's office. Take a close look around the office to see what you can find.
7 of 9: Get the glowing coral from his desk drawer. That should make for a nice hook.
8 of 9: Use the coral on that, and you now have a makeshift grappling hook.
9 of 9: Throw the hook at the ladder (just press ENTER while holding the coral/hook), and you can now climb the ladder to the top of the roof.
