How do I get past the fan in the air shaft?
1 of 6: There is a fan that can make things difficult when you try to go through the air shaft directly following the air shaft that the soldiers rapelled into.
2 of 6: The fan will kill you if you get too close, so stay against the wall on the ledges. The only way to get below the fan is to move down through the corners of the room where the fan blades are the farthest away.
3 of 6: There are two ways to get past the fan.
4 of 6: You may notice a ladder next to the only vent that is above the fan (excluding the one you entered through). It may seem tempting to take this ladder, but it is relatively dangerous. You will have to slide out to grab hold of the ladder leaving little room between you and the fan blades. Only use the ladder if you need to climb back up for some reason.
5 of 6: The other way is to drop down the corner that is to your right as you enter the shaft.
6 of 6: You will fall down to the middle ledge, where you can crouch your way around and drop down. This is the safer way to move past the fan.
