1 of 4: You will notice that there is a ladder on the other side of the radioactive waste.
2 of 4: Climb it to get on top of the pipes.
3 of 4: You will need to find a pipe that has been sliced open.
4 of 4: Drop into it and follow it around. You will pop out in the next room.
