Half-Life Hints
The water on the floor is now electrified! How can I get past?
1 of 11: There is no way to jump across. The distance is just too great.
2 of 11: You need something to act as a bridge.
3 of 11: Unless you were paying absolutely no attention whatsoever, you would have noticed about 5 small-sized boxes nearby the electrified water while en route to the power generator.
4 of 11: They should make for a decent bridge.
5 of 11: Carefully push a few of the boxes over to the electrified water.
6 of 11: Push them into the water.
7 of 11: To push them out further, don't just press against them, but also use the Use key.
8 of 11: Use boxes to push other boxes into areas you cannot reach.
9 of 11: Don't worry about using all of the boxes; just worry about getting across.
10 of 11: You will only probably need two or three boxes to get the job done. (Challenge: try it using only one box. It is possible, but hard.)
11 of 11: Once in position, jump from box to box across the water.
