1 of 4: Well, the road you ended up on when you first left the tram tunnels had a couple of pathways blocked by massive doors.
2 of 4: Head back through the blast doors and onto the main road.
3 of 4: One set of doors is now open. Who knows how it was opened, but it is.
4 of 4: Go climb a ladder, grab some supplies, and use the weird-looking tram car to ride into the next chapter.
