The soldiers have just dropped a bomb onto the tracks!
1 of 3: You have two choices:
2 of 3: 1) Hop off and take a nearby ladder down into the next part of the game. You will have to take care of the lingering soldiers but your travels will be much more uneventful.
3 of 3: 2) Stay on the tram car. The explosion will send you off course and you will plummet into the depths of a rundown silo, now half-full of water.
