Where do I go in the freezing room?
1 of 9: You need to find a way out. There are no exit doors or anything...
2 of 9: Only a ladder.
3 of 9: You do not want to stand and fight the aliens, that is for sure. The cold is quickly eating away at your suit and your health.
4 of 9: You probably want to head away from the door you entered the room from.
5 of 9: The freezing room consists basically of two parallel rectangular rooms that are connected at the far end by a small hallway.
6 of 9: Here's a map if you want to know where everything is.
7 of 9: You enter one of the rectangular rooms when you enter the freezing room. The hallway that connects to the other room is at the opposite end of the room and to the left.
8 of 9: Once in the other room, start running down the length of that room. You should see the ladder at the end of the room. Take it down and out of harm's way.
9 of 9: If you get killed too often by just running and dodging, then try readying the crossbow (or shotgun if you're out of darts) and shooting alien slaves with it before they can zap you. Their electrical discharges will hurt you a lot faster than the room's coldness, especially if you're playing on Difficult level.
