How do I open the drainage hatch?
1 of 6: The drainage hatch has a control wheel nearby. It wouldn't be out in the open, though.
2 of 6: One of the areas nearby has a tower that you can enter.
3 of 6: The area is a military outpost and has four marines hiding behind the rocks, so be careful.
4 of 6: Take care of the marines and enter the tower.
5 of 6: You will find a control wheel inside that controls the drainage hatch.
