How do I flood the nuclear reactor?
1 of 10: Look at the maps on the walls around the nuclear reactor area. They will help point you in the right direction.
2 of 10: The nuclear reactor is split into two coolant systems, each one with its own pump station.
3 of 10: You need to activate both of the water pumps.
4 of 10: In order to reach the water pump for one of the coolant systems, you will have to pass through the coolant system's main water tank room. Be careful in the tank rooms, as many alien grunts will be waiting for you.
5 of 10: Make your way into the pump station room and be ready for some smaller aliens to greet you. Take them out and find the water pump.
6 of 10: On the water pump there is a lever that will get it started.
7 of 10: You need to have both water pumps active before you can flood the reactor.
8 of 10: Once both water pumps are active, you need to make your way into the main reactor core.
9 of 10: You will find two flow control wheels near the grated pipes that lead from the coolant systems and into the reactor core.
10 of 10: Turn both wheels to flood the reactor. (BUG NOTE: Wait until the water level in the chamber stops rising after turning the first wheel before you turn the other one, or the chamber won't fully flood.)
