Half-Life Hints

I am inside of the main "island." What do I do here?

  • 1 of 10: You need to teleport to the next chapter of the game.
  • 2 of 10: There is no human-based teleporter, so you will have to use an alien one.
  • 3 of 10: If you look around the interior, you will find a cage created by some alien vines.
  • 4 of 10: The cage is restraining some sort of golden petals or something.
  • 5 of 10: Break the cage open with your crowbar and the petals will begin flying around the room.
  • 6 of 10: They seem to be looking for something to interface with.
  • 7 of 10: You should find three structures with claw-like fingers on them.
  • 8 of 10: Move up to the "claw" structures and use your Use key on them. The fingers will open up.
  • 9 of 10: Once you have activated one of the structures, a petal will drop down into the structure and a powerful electrical beam will be activated.
  • 10 of 10: Do this to all three of the structures and a portal will open in the center of the room. Jump into it.
