1 of 4: It's a zombie. When you approach the storage room, he will slash at the door.
2 of 4: He will not come through at first, so don't shoot him. You want to get in there.
3 of 4: After he is done destroying everything inside the room, he will finish off the door. Then you can kill him.
4 of 4: Grab the two clips inside the storage room.
