How can I get this door open?
1 of 11: Look all around it for opening mechanisms.
2 of 11: There's a red lock or socket of some sort just to the right of the door.
3 of 11: Something must fit in it, so look around for likely candidates.
4 of 11: Over near the elevator is a big door that's opened by the turn-wheel to the right of it.
5 of 11: You might as well open that door and raid the closet for supplies while you're trying to figure something out.
6 of 11: But notice that the turn-wheel is mounted in a wall fixture identical to the one near the other door!
7 of 11: However, you can only turn this wheel -- you can't yank it out and take it over to the other fixture.
8 of 11: So search the storage closet carefully for spare wheels.
9 of 11: Tossing aside or smashing the boxes, you'll find a wheel on the floor in the back right corner of the closet.
10 of 11: Pick it up with your hands or the gravity gun, then go push it into the socket next to the door Alyx is at.
11 of 11: Now turn it like you did the other one to open the door.
