Zombie Sniping Tips
1 of 6: Alyx will probably see the first two zombies, but she may have trouble shooting them due to all the boards on the windows.
2 of 6: Quickly use the gravity gun to blast several of the boards off the windows nearest you so that she can have a clearer shot if the zombies make it that far.
3 of 6: Once they're dead, finish blasting boards off of windows.
4 of 6: Get your shotgun ready, quicksave your game, and approach the corner past the windows.
5 of 6: Immediately retreat all the way back to the top of the stairs so Alyx will have a good chance of sniping all the zombies that follow you. (But be ready to shotgun any that make it past her.)
6 of 6: Or find the cardboard box that's around behind the top of the stairs and hold it in front of you with the gravity gun while standing a few steps down. That way, if a zombine makes it through, it may not be able to attack you directly, and will hopefully pull out a grenade and blow itself up as you retreat down the stairs.
