Barricade Combat Tips
1 of 6: Run back down the street and take cover around the corner.
2 of 6: From there, help Alyx take down the soldiers who come through the barricade and rush after you.
3 of 6: Then, if Alyx hasn't already gone to the central mounted gun emplacement on her own, lead her there so she'll start using that gun.
4 of 6: She can use it to blast anyone on or near the barricade, but she may need you to help shoot down a soldier or two from the rooftops back there. (Use the pistol and dodge in and out of cover.)
5 of 6: When the area looks clear, slowly move through the barricade's open section to get a soldier or two to appear in the rubble rut beyond it.
6 of 6: Quickly duck around the barricade for cover and let Alyx and a nearby rooftop resistance member shoot them for you. (Or shoot them yourself if they come through the barricade to where you can target them.)
