How can I get past this fan?
1 of 10: You can't as long as it's jammed by the table.
2 of 10: Bash the table to get the fan going, but don't let it blow you into the elevator shaft -- that would be a fatal fall.
3 of 10: Either keep moving toward the fan as it blows, or let it blow you out against the bit of railing on the wooden ledge.
4 of 10: The fan will soon stop working, so go up to it and examine it carefully.
5 of 10: Notice that one of the fan's blades is missing.
6 of 10: What if that part of the fan were at the bottom?
7 of 10: You could crouch-walk through the missing-blade section and get past the fan, that's what.
8 of 10: Try hitting the fan with Primary Fire bursts from the gravity gun to see if you can turn it.
9 of 10: It works best if you're standing next to the fan and hitting blades at an angle.
10 of 10: Keep hitting blades until the gap is down to where you can crouch-walk through it.
