Worker Combat Tips
1 of 10: A worker will immediately start spitting poison at you when you first approach the drop-off point, so back up and wait for him to move on.
2 of 10: Get out the .357 and wait near the drop-off for him to come back in sight, then shoot him while ducking his spit.
3 of 10: Or better yet, lob a grenade at him when you first approach the drop-off. That should blow him up.
4 of 10: After you drop down, get out the .357 and prepare to do some good old-fashioned sneak-shooting.
5 of 10: Crouch-walk slowly along the tunnel in either direction until you can see an antlion worker ahead of you.
6 of 10: You should be able to shoot him when he's only partly visible to you.
7 of 10: When you do, he'll probably just run on ahead a ways instead of attacking you.
8 of 10: Sneak on to where you can see and shoot him in the distance. The second .357 slug should kill him.
9 of 10: After you get one worker this way, go get the other one in the same way in order to clear these tunnels.
10 of 10: If you got injured, look around for health kits and a side tunnel with some grub worms in it.
