How can I get to the area behind the autogun without it shooting me?

  • 1 of 17: You'll have to stay down and move from cover to cover.
  • 2 of 17: Start by crouch-walking under the bent fencing that's near the flaming white van.
  • 3 of 17: Stay crouched as you move forward and into a large pipe with a supply crate in it.
  • 4 of 17: Have the gravity gun ready to blast a burning headcrab that appears ahead of you as you approach the pipe's other end.
  • 5 of 17: Make sure the headcrab is dead, then pull in the supply crate that's to the right of the red car that's just ahead.
  • 6 of 17: When you're ready to move on, crouch-walk out of the tunnel and toward the red car.
  • 7 of 17: Turn right at the car and crouch-walk over to a nearby upright white barrel.
  • 8 of 17: There's a sentry turret behind some other barrels a ways ahead.
  • 9 of 17: After the turret's down, crouch-walk along the winding row of cars until you reach a window next to a truck.
  • 10 of 17: There are two soldiers in the room past the window, plus another one outside.
  • 11 of 17: After they're all dead, jump in through the window and raid the place for supplies, then head out through the doorway.
  • 12 of 17: While crouching, enter the nearby white van that has healing vials in it, then leave it and approach the next white van.
  • 13 of 17: As you begin to move toward the third white van, be ready for several fast headcrabs to run from it toward you.
  • 14 of 17: When you enter the third white van, you'll need to watch out for zombie torsos and Combine soldiers.
  • 15 of 17: Move through the van and crouch-walk forward toward the next long line of cars.
  • 16 of 17: Quickly crouch-walk along them, ready to blast a fast zombie torso when it appears ahead of you.
  • 17 of 17: At the end of that line of cars, turn left and go forward to finally reach a safe area past the autogun's range.
