How can I get stash #3?

  • 1 of 14: Get back in the car after getting stash #2 and follow the radar to stash #3.
  • 2 of 14: You'll find that it's in the large side area that's directly across the street from stash #2.
  • 3 of 14: The trail ends at the shed in the back of the area, so get out and investigate it.
  • 4 of 14: It'll seem to be vacant of any goodies at first, but keep looking.
  • 5 of 14: Nothing! Oh well, you might as well pull the saw blade out of the floor so you'll get something useful from this trip.
  • 6 of 14: Ah, ha! Trying to pull the saw blade up with the gravity gun reveals the hidden stash!
  • 7 of 14: It also reveals some hidden zombies, which will rush to the attack.
  • 8 of 14: If the zombies don't all appear at first, try bashing the supply crates in the stash to get them to appear.
  • 9 of 14: If the saw blade is still stuck in a board, quickly bash the board so you can use the saw blade against the zombies.
  • 10 of 14: If you bash or pull up the middle floorboards, you'll find that the stash includes a couple of explosive canisters and several flares that you can throw at zombies to set them on fire.
  • 11 of 14: If you stay in the shed behind Alyx, you should have a fairly easy time taking these zombies down, even though they include several zombines and fast zombies.
  • 12 of 14: To make it especially easy, you could use the gravity gun to shove the car so that it blocks the doorway. You can then get inside by jumping onto the hood and crouch-walking through a window or the top part of the doorway.
  • 13 of 14: After it's over, bash all the shed's floorboards to fully reveal the stash, then take what you want.
  • 14 of 14: Watch out for a sand-burrowing headcrab on your way out.
