How can I get up to the top level?
1 of 4: Look around on the next-to-highest level for a way.
2 of 4: Start by crossing the makeshift walkway that's been put across the center of the area.
3 of 4: Then move down a flare-lit hallway to reach some stairs.
4 of 4: Check the dark area under the stairs for two supply crates, then go up the stairs to reach the highest level.
