1 of 3: As your lift approaches the control room, Dr. Kleiner will say something about seeing a payload anomaly of approximately eight and a half pounds.
2 of 3: If you went around and looked into the open hatch at the top of the rocket's nose cone in Chapter 6's first section, you'll have noticed a headcrab going inside and making itself comfortable.
3 of 3: It was undoubtedly Dr. Kleiner's annoying pet headcrab, Hedy Lamarr. That sucker's about to go into orbit!
