"Lost" Tie-In Note
1 of 2: Look to the right of the exit doorway in the vortigaunt's room to find a section of torn-open wire mesh between some machines and a giant white cylinder.
2 of 2: If you crouch down and look through the mesh hole with the flashlight on, you can see into an unreachable room that supposedly contains a reference to the TV series "Lost." (Maybe it's the interesting pattern on the wall. I wouldn't know, since I've never watched that show.)
