1 of 2: You get this achievement if you destroy the chopper in Chapter 4's Section 3: More Chopper Problems without missing even once.
2 of 2: When you get to the chopper battle, quicksave after every hit and quickrestore after every miss. You should eventually destroy it and get the achievement.
