How can I get there?
1 of 7: From where you start in the canal, swim along the only way you can go.
2 of 7: Fortunately, they don't have force fields down here -- just bunches of bars with big holes in them that you can easily get through.
3 of 7: You'll soon come to a bit of dry land with a red train car blocking further progress.
4 of 7: Examining the train car, you'll find a ladder on its left side that you can climb to get up onto its roof.
5 of 7: The area beyond is clogged with junk, so drop down into the train car via the opening in its roof.
6 of 7: Inside, you'll meet a lookout for the Underground Railroad and his vortigaunt pal. (Remember that the vortigaunts have been on our side ever since Freeman's killing of Nihilanth freed them from their slavery.)
7 of 7: G-NOTE: As soon as you drop into the train car, run forward and look at the TV that the vortigaunt is briefly powering to get a glimpse of the G-Man. (Use the HEV suit's zoom feature if you need to.)
