How can I get that door open?
1 of 7: You'll have to find a way to get around to its other side.
2 of 7: The only possibility is the little crouch-hole in the back rubble wall.
3 of 7: Your squad can't follow you through that hole, but you're going to have to take it anyway and proceed alone for now.
4 of 7: The passage past the crouch-hole is flooded with painful radioactive goop, so you'll need to jump across using the debris scattered about.
5 of 7: Along the right wall, you'll find no fewer than four bashable grates, all of which have bashable floor grates in the vent shafts beyond them.
6 of 7: All of the vents lead to the same corridor, so drop down from any one of them.
7 of 7: Run down the corridor to find a stack of supply crates and the door that you need to open to get your squad back. (It's on the left just past the crates.)
