How can I get over that fence?
1 of 8: Have you tried stacking boxes in a stairstep formation and using those to get over?
2 of 8: There are just enough boxes on the large wooden platform at the other end of the area to try this, but don't waste your time -- the space between the fence and the ceiling is a bit too short for you to crouch-walk through.
3 of 8: Instead, try gravity-yanking the two barrels out from under the wooden platform the boxes are on.
4 of 8: NOTE: You may only be able to yank out one barrel, but that should be enough.
5 of 8: After you move the boxes aside, you've got a serviceable ramp there.
6 of 8: Run up the ramp, then get onto the nearby pipes and follow them along.
7 of 8: After dealing with a couple more manhacks, remove the grating that's covering the crawlspace opening at the end of the pipes.
8 of 8: Follow the crawlspace along until you can break out and drop down on the other side of the fence.
