How can I get in?
1 of 6: While keeping as close to the building as you can to avoid suppression gun fire, move along its front to see what possible entrances there might be.
2 of 6: Those last three soldiers came right out the front doors, but those are unopenable to you.
3 of 6: Continue on down until you find a small blue force field blocking access in the far corner.
4 of 6: I'm sure you're familiar with this routine by now.
5 of 6: Shoot out the plug you can see in the opposite wall (or yank it with the gravity gun) to deactivate the force field.
6 of 6: Use the health station just past the force field, then head up the stairs to find an open doorway leading into the building.
