1 of 4: Find the large wooden crate nearby.
2 of 4: You can't pick up the crate, but you can push it against the fence.
3 of 4: That's not enough by itself, so pick up one of the small blue containers and set it on top of the crate next to the fence.
4 of 4: Now you can jump onto the crate, then onto the blue container, and then over the fence.
