How can I get the batteries?
- 1 of 9: You see those two scanners that are hovering around you all nosy-like?
- 2 of 9: Remember that you can randomly get an armor battery whenever you destroy a scanner.
- 3 of 9: You don't have any weapons on you, so look around for items big and heavy enough to damage a scanner when thrown.
- 4 of 9: There are some standard metal barrels in one corner, plus more past the open fence doorway that leads to the stairs.
- 5 of 9: The smaller of the two wooden crates in the area will work, too.
- 6 of 9: It's kind of a pain to damage a scanner with one of these items since you can't throw them very far or hard, so wait until a scanner gets really close before you toss your barrel or crate at it.
- 7 of 9: TIP: It can help to jump right before throwing your item, especially if the scanner is hovering right above your range.
- 8 of 9: TIP: Quicksave your game every time you damage a scanner so that you won't lose much progress if you destroy one, don't get an armor battery, and have to quickrestore and try again. (Remember, it's random.)
- 9 of 9: NOTE: You can get an unlimited number of armor batteries from scanners in the train yard in the second chapter section (though it takes a lot of patience), so you might want to skip these two if you're having way too much trouble with them.
