Rail Hopping Shortcut
1 of 10: Examine the building structure just to the right of the gate.
2 of 10: You see where it has a white handrail going along a raised cement walkway near the water? (It's where the cop you recently shot was standing.)
3 of 10: There's a small gap near the right end of the handrail. Give you any ideas?
4 of 10: What if you could jump up through that gap?
5 of 10: It's a bit high up, but if you could move something under it that you could jump up onto, it might work.
6 of 10: Your airboat is the only thing around that could work for this, so drive it over there and park it right under the handrail gap.
7 of 10: Then exit the airboat and jump up onto it and then on through the rail gap.
8 of 10: NOTE: To make this a lot easier, back the airboat up to the rail gap instead of parking parallel to it, then get out and go around to the front end and jump your way up to the walkway. (If backing up to the gap is a problem, drive up to it facing forward and then turn the airboat in place.)
9 of 10: Once you're through the rail gap and are up on the cement walkway, walk on down to where the path turns right and look for a ladder.
10 of 10: It leads up to the gate control room, so deal with the two cops up there and use the control panel to open the gate, and you'll be ready to move on!
