Fast Zombie Tips
1 of 3: If you have Dog's rollermine ball, drop it in the doorway and back up quickly as the zombie approaches. Then you can deliver some carefully aimed head shots while it's busy with the rollermine. (Or you can just blast the rollermine at it with the gravity gun.)
2 of 3: If you brought a good zombie-killing projectile (like a large rusty saw blade) from the previous area, you could fire that at the zombie with the gravity gun as it approaches.
3 of 3: Otherwise, get out your .357 Magnum or SMG and start going for head shots the instant the zombie appears ahead of you.
