Stair Notes
1 of 5: To the left past the first flight of stairs is a boarded-over doorway with a zombie right behind it.
2 of 5: Interestingly enough, it won't break through the boards and attack unless you turn and look directly at it.
3 of 5: You can just skip it since there's nothing in its room but two headcrabs.
4 of 5: Right across from the boarded-over doorway is a closed door that you can open to find a room with some ammo on a table, plus two zombies and two health kits in a small side room.
5 of 5: There are two headcrabs in the room at the top of the stairs, so before you enter it, toss either Dog's ball or a frag grenade up there to clear 'em out.
