Poison Zombie Tips
1 of 5: Notice that this type of zombie has several extra poison headcrabs on it, and will occasionally fling one at you.
2 of 5: If you don't want to use explosives such as SMG or frag grenades on it, then hit it with .357 shots or hit-and-run double-barrel shotgun blasts.
3 of 5: Shoot any loose headcrabs with the SMG.
4 of 5: Or, if you didn't use the three explosive gas canisters in the room above on the fast zombies, you can load them into the elevator and quickly use all three of them on the poison zombie as soon as you descend.
5 of 5: ALTERNATIVE: Instead of attacking the zombie at all, just make a quick run for the exit.
