Poison Zombie Tips
1 of 3: Actually, killing the zombie isn't the best strategy here.
2 of 3: Wait on the other side of the gappy railing until the zombie flings as many headcrabs at you as it can. (Carefully dodge and kill each headcrab as it's flung.)
3 of 3: When it only has its one controlling headcrab left, it has no means of attacking you except its arm swipes, so you can just run on by it as long as you don't get too close.
