1 of 2: Run back for the cover of the train tunnel and snipe the soldier who appears ahead of you with the .357 or pistol.
2 of 2: Then peek around the tunnel wall so you can shoot down the two parking lot soldiers with the pulse rifle or .357 without taking much return fire.
