Antlion Combat Tips
1 of 4: Remember that the antlions spawn in waves of five or six.
2 of 4: You need to finish off the first wave (or just dodge them while the resistance gunners shoot them) and then immediately get the jeep upright and drive off in it.
3 of 4: Since the gravity gun's Primary Fire knocks antlions silly for a few seconds, equip the gravity gun before you get in the jeep to begin with, then quickly exit the jeep and start grav-blasting nearby antlions as soon as you crash to the ground. The gunners on the pier can easily kill antlions that you've stunned.
4 of 4: If standing next to the overturned jeep while blasting antlions doesn't give you enough cover, run through one of the larger gaps between the nearest pier support pillars as soon as you get out of the jeep, then scrunch into the nearby wall corner to minimize your exposure. (The main disadvantage of this way is that you're farther away from the jeep when the current antlion wave is finished off and it's time to go.)
