Is there a way to open the house's front door from outside?
1 of 8: Yes, if you can figure out why the door won't open and how you can do something about it.
2 of 8: Go to the side of the house that's left of the front door and break the small window there.
3 of 8: If you stand a bit to the left of the window and look through it while jumping up and down, you can see a bit of the front door.
4 of 8: You can also see that there's a board nailed across it.
5 of 8: Destroy that board in order to make the front door openable.
6 of 8: If you can see the board, you can shoot it -- get out the SMG and fire through the window at the board as you hop up and down.
7 of 8: An easier way would be to throw a frag grenade through the window so that it bounces toward the door. The explosion will remove the board for you. (You can also toss a frag grenade from next to the grenade crate in the cellar so that it bounces toward the front door and blows up its board.)
8 of 8: NOTE: The poison zombie in the small bedroom will never appear if you enter through the front door before you visit the cellar, even if you go down to the cellar later on.
