Boathouse Notes
1 of 4: Start shooting soldiers as soon as you can see them next to the thumper in the distance, but don't stop the jeep or slow it down much until you're near the thumper.
2 of 4: Sometimes when I've played the game, the thumper wouldn't be on when I arrived. If this happens to you, park the jeep next to the thumper, get out, and use the thumper's control panel to turn it on as quickly as you can (or just zoom on by and skip the boathouse entirely).
3 of 4: To get the two supply crates inside the boathouse without falling down to the sand and getting antlion-attacked, use the gravity gun to pull the supply crates toward you.
4 of 4: As soon as you have what you want, get into the jeep and move on -- the antlions have ways of sneaking around the thumper's perimeter and surprising you here.
