Standard Kill-It Strategy
1 of 3: Remember that it only takes five crossbow bolts, RPG rockets, and/or SMG grenades to kill an antlion guard on Normal difficulty (more like nine on Hard).
2 of 3: If you can spare that much ammo, it shouldn't be too hard to dodge him until you can hit him with five bolts or explosives.
3 of 3: TIP: The best time to hit him with an RPG rocket or two is when he's bashing through the nearby doors right after you first descend to his floor.
