Kitchen Combat Tips
1 of 6: You could send in the antlions, but once again, they'd take a long time to get the job done (especially since there's so much junk in the kitchen that's blocking their path).
2 of 6: The quickest way to knock over the kitchen sentries is to hold an item like an upright barrel in front of you with the gravity gun and crouch-walk your way through the kitchen door and straight forward to where you can throw the item to knock over the first sentry gun.
3 of 6: Then turn to the right and rush the other sentry gun and knock it over before it can shoot you up very much.
4 of 6: Or you could first shoot the sentry on the right with a pulse rifle energy orb through one of the kitchen windows, then approach the other sentry with your bullet-blocking item.
5 of 6: Another thing to watch out for in the kitchen is the big gas leak. If anything ignites it (sentry gun fire, grenades, etc.), you'd better not be (or go) near it!
6 of 6: Try to keep the gas leak from being ignited, since the flames will be another hazard to hinder your antlions from performing their duty in the areas ahead.
