Supply Notes
1 of 3: Look for several supply crates in a well-lit alcove on the other side of the street.
2 of 3: You can't open the gate, so you're going to have to use the gravity gun to get the goods.
3 of 3: You can either carefully lift the supply crates over the gate, or throw them against the back wall to smash them and then suck in their contents.
