1 of 6: Nearby.
2 of 6: Look around to find an upper ledge that you can't get to.
3 of 6: You can see lots of boxes up there, but none of them are supply crates.
4 of 6: Try using the gravity gun to pull down some of the boxes.
5 of 6: Ah, ha! The supply crate is hiding behind those other boxes!
6 of 6: Pull the supply crate down and break it open to find an SMG grenade.
