1 of 6: You could just pull in the three supply crates with the gravity gun without crossing the laser alerts at all. (But be careful when busting open the crates so that no flying crate debris crosses a blue beam.)
2 of 6: Since your squad members are all smart enough not to cross the laser alerts, you don't need to worry about them ever activating the turret.
3 of 6: However, there is an easy way to take this turret out if you really want to.
4 of 6: Notice that a large desk has been conveniently placed in the room between the laser alert beams and the turret.
5 of 6: Crouch-walk over to that desk, then pick it up with the gravity gun and crouch-walk forward until the desk is pressed up against the turret.
6 of 6: Then drop the desk and go around to the side of the turret, where it'll be easy to roll a grenade into its floor niche.
