More Soldier Combat Tips
1 of 9: Two soldiers will appear on your side of the force field near the generator room, and three more will appear just outside the laser alarm room's entrance doorway (the one you first entered through).
2 of 9: Before you reenter the laser alarm room and "activate" those soldiers, have your squad stand in the hallway near the generator room doorway.
3 of 9: Have your shotgun ready as you move into the laser alarm room and run for the other door to blow away the three soldiers who appear there.
4 of 9: Actually, it would be a lot better to plan ahead and set some hoppers up for those soldiers.
5 of 9: Before you blast the generator core, return to the laser room and set all the hoppers at various points along the paths the soldiers may take through the room. (Or just cluster them all near the doorway the soldiers will be running in through.)
6 of 9: Blow the core and go activate the soldiers, then stay with your squad and help them shoot down the two nearby soldiers.
7 of 9: Keep yourself and your squad near the doorway to the generator room and watch for any soldiers to come out of the laser room. (Hopefully, your hoppers will kill at least one or two of them.)
8 of 9: A whole 'nother way to do it is to get the brown table from the generator room and set it down in the laser alarm room's entry doorway to block the three soldiers from entering that room. Then set all your hoppers around the force field, where the soldiers will all be forced to attack from.
9 of 9: NOTE: If the three soldiers that appear at the laser alarm room's doorway don't run around to the force field right away, you may need to go into the laser room and let them see you, then run back to the force field area.
