How can I activate the skybridge?
1 of 4: Look around on the roof segment past the Combine gate to find one end of the skybridge blocked by a mesh barrier.
2 of 4: Look just to the left of that for a usable red-light-green-light panel.
3 of 4: As soon as you use the panel, go hide behind the nearby transport capsule stack and wait for the bridge to fully extend and lock into place. (You can pull in the nearby supply crates with the gravity gun while you wait.)
4 of 4: You'll know when the bridge is ready because the bridge-moving-into-place noise will stop, and the mesh barrier on your end of the bridge will rise.
