Half-Life 2 Hints
Section 1: Entering the Citadel (d3_citadel_01)
1 of 10: Move along the tunnel until it ends at a giant canyon that the Citadel has dug out for itself.
2 of 10: From the ledge you start on, move up the slanting pathway and on past two machines that move up and down, being careful not to get crushed.
3 of 10: With your flashlight on to help you see, continue down the only path available.
4 of 10: You'll soon come to a spot where you need to drop a short distance to a lower pathway.
5 of 10: Follow that narrow pathway to its end, then make your way carefully along as the path winds around a bit with nothing to help keep you from falling. (Haven't these guys heard of safety railing?)
6 of 10: Past that, head to the left and look around for a path below you that isn't too far down to fall to.
7 of 10: Make another drop to a lower path when you come within sight of the big zappy machine that a line of transport pods are being taken through one at a time.
8 of 10: From there, it's a short trip to a spot where two lines of transport pods are passing over a small bridge.
9 of 10: There's no other way to move on from there, so you'll have to ride a pod.
