How can I get down this shaft without dying?
1 of 6: Very slowly and carefully so as not to take any falling damage.
2 of 6: Looking down the shaft from near the edge, you can see several wooden beams around the sides of the shaft at various levels.
3 of 6: You need to first find the beam that's nearest the top of the shaft and carefully step onto it.
4 of 6: Then find the next-highest beam and drop to it.
5 of 6: TIP: Crouch-walking off the ends of short beams that slant downward toward the next-highest beams will help minimize health loss.
6 of 6: Keep dropping carefully down until you can drop onto a catwalk with a bunch of health kits.
