Half-Life 2 Hints
Overwatch Standard Issue Pulse Rifle
Damage: 8 per bullet (fires about 10 per second) and 100 from energy orb
Clip / Reserve: 30 / 60
Energy Orb Reserve: 3

This weapon is like a seriously upgraded version of the SMG in which the bullets and the "grenades" are much more powerful. Also, it's a little more accurate at long distance than the SMG is. Unless you're out of pulse rifle ammo, use it in every situation you used to use the SMG in.
As for its grenades, they're a little weird. They're actually bouncy energy orbs that last for three seconds. You'd fire one at a nearby small group of enemies such as Combine soldiers in an attempt to instantly kill two or three of them. (You can also use them against striders, but it's not recommended.)
